Dave is a serial entrepreneur and cross-industry leader with a proven track record of bridging complex technical pipelines and human-centric experiences. Over the past decade, his career has spanned the highest levels of film, AAA video game development, and advanced technological infrastructure. As a seasoned producer and director, Dave has managed large-scale, multi-disciplinary teams, from orchestrating cinematic performance capture on billion-dollar franchises at Ubisoft (Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry) to producing award-winning film projects through the Directors Guild of Canada.

His ventures in the spatial and tech sectors are equally diverse. He co-founded Cyndicate VR Productions, produced advanced VR simulators, served as an advisor for Incubara Capital, and most recently oversaw high-end GPU data center operations as CEO of Neural Edge Solutions. At Scenecast, Dave leverages this rare blend of creative production, technical agility, and executive leadership to guide the team building the internet's next spatial protocol.

Chief Technology Officer

Dustin Boyce is the technical mastermind behind some of the most complex real-time performance and data systems in the entertainment industry. He possesses the rare, cross-disciplinary skills required to make authentic spatial computing a reality, seamlessly blending high-end animation expertise with deep electrical and computer engineering acumen.

Over a 15-year career, Dustin has been the architect tasked with solving impossible technical bottlenecks. He engineered the hardware and software infrastructure for Ubisoft Toronto's Performance Capture studio from the ground up, and architected the world’s largest virtual production stage at Pixomondo. His contributions to machine learning solutions and scalable AWS infrastructure have driven global collaboration for VFX powerhouses, directly supporting projects like Marvel’s Wandavision and CBS’s Star Trek. Having designed solutions to ship over 15 AAA games across several well-known franchises, (including Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry, Watchdogs and Dragon Age) Dustin intimately understands the physical- and compute-constraints of streaming human performance. As CTO of Scenecast, he is leveraging this unparalleled background to design a scalable, lightweight, and extensible protocol for world-wide real-time human presence.

Chief Innovation Officer

Chelsea doesn’t just predict the future of the spatial internet, she crafts it. As Chief Innovation Officer, she is the dreamer behind Scenecast’s most formidable intellectual property. Trailblazing and utterly uncompromising, Chelsea operates as a relentless force at the bleeding edge of digital media and engineering. She is the visionary mind forging the neural network layers and advanced sensor fusion algorithms that make continuous human authentication a reality.

Her technical pedigree is a trail of conquered industries. Chelsea has systematically dominated a spectrum of high-stakes environments: from defining performance capture pipelines in AAA game development, to architecting impenetrable, high-throughput full-stack systems for enterprise fintech, engineering scientific tools for aerial image manipulation, and proving her relentless entrepreneurial drive by founding the non-profit Project Northern Lights in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. She is a fearless leader who thrives on dragging legacy infrastructure and willing minds into completely uncharted territory.

Currently advancing her deep-tech expertise as a researcher in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Chelsea translates complex academic theory into the beautiful, intuitive systems that power Scenecast. Unstoppable and lightyears ahead of the curve, she ensures that Scenecast’s foundational protocol is both scalable and absolute.

Chief Operations Officer

Chantelle Ng is the operational engine who ensures Scenecast’s ambitious vision translates into flawless, profitable market adoption. As Chief Operating Officer, she is squarely focused on workflow optimization, go-to-market strategy, and sharp business management. She thrives in environments that demand a seamless blend of high-level planning and disciplined tactical execution, acting as the crucial link that aligns cross-functional teams to meet aggressive company goals. Where the engineering team builds the product, Chantelle builds the commercial engine that distributes, scales, and sustains it.

Her expertise is rooted in complex SaaS solutions, CRM strategy, and full-lifecycle account management. Chantelle has a proven track record of orchestrating end-to-end enterprise operations—managing everything from lead generation and strategic partnerships to product integration, onboarding, and renewals. Her deep analytical rigor was honed over a multi-year tenure as a Marketing Analyst, where she drove target KPIs, optimized funnel conversion rates through rigorous A/B testing, and executed comprehensive market-share and competitive landscape reviews.

Armed with an arsenal of certifications in business analysis and specialized cloud architecture, Chantelle specializes in translating complex functionality into highly practical business outcomes for stakeholders. She designs the robust internal processes required to expand efficiently, ensuring that as Scenecast goes to market, the company operates with unshakeable precision and total operational supremacy.

Chief Financial Officer

Harrison is the financial strategist ensuring Scenecast’s revolutionary vision is backed by rigorous fiscal discipline and sustainable growth. As Chief Financial Officer, he operates as a capital efficiency engine, dedicated to structural optimization and the profound impact that company culture has on organizational success. A true analytical and creative thinker, Harrison bridges the gap between complex financial modeling and forward-thinking corporate development, ensuring that every dollar of Scenecast's capital is deployed with maximum leverage.

Harrison brings a wealth of experience managing multimillion-dollar PNLs and executing complex financial forecasting for enterprise-level operations. As the Managing Partner at Clarke & Khan Consulting, he specializes in partnering with startups and SMEs to deliver elite fractional CFO and management support, guiding them through critical growth and scaling phases. His tenure as a Finance Manager at NTT Ltd. and Director of Business Development at Multiview Financial Software forged his expertise in implementing aggressive process improvements, leading corporate sales teams, and optimizing overall company strategy.

Operationally focused and a sharp critical thinker, Harrison is dedicated to challenging the status quo and acting as a change agent within the organization. With an academic foundation in Economics from Carleton University and Executive Development from IE Business School, Harrison provides the airtight financial modeling and proactive cross-functional collaboration required to position Scenecast for expansion.
